Yin yoga class with singing bowl
Yin yoga offers a gentle approach, but which works in depth with a slow rhythm to release pressure and with multiple benefits for the mind.
Yin yoga is a mix between yoga and meditation.
The postures (asanas) are held for several minutes (3 to 5) with the help of supports such as: cushions, blocks, straps, etc.
The class will be accompanied by a sound bath of singing bowls.
